If your circumstances change, and you need to cancel your registration, please let us
know as soon as possible. The following policy is effective for all residential retreats
effective 1/1/2023.

 

Cancellation fourteen days prior to the retreat: Full Refund minus $50 deposit fee per event.
 

Cancellation within 7 days of the start of the retreat: No Refunds (except in
extreme emergencies. Email floweringlotusms@gmail.com if you have an
emergency situation.)

 

Cancellation 14-8 days prior to the retreat: 50% Refund of the price of the retreat.

Refunds will be applied to the card used for registration. Refunds will not be made for
late arrivals or early departures.
